Shipping

  • Spain and Portugal: free shipping from €10 (€2.95 below).
  • Italy: €6.90, free from €49.
  • Canary Islands and rest of Europe: €14.99, free from €149.
  • Industrial formats (60 kg drums or larger, IBC) may require a transport quote.

Orders placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday ship the same day. Weekend or bank-holiday orders ship the next working day.

Delivery times

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal: 24–72 working hours.
  • Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 2–5 working days.
  • Italy: 3–6 working days.
  • Canary Islands and rest of Europe: 3–10 working days.

You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the order ships. Full details in our shipping policy.

Payments

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout (credit or debit card and the other options available for your country). All transactions are encrypted and processed on secure payment platforms; we do not store your card details.

Once your purchase is complete you will receive a confirmation email. If you need an invoice, write to us with your order number and billing details.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery (60 days if the product is sealed and unopened). For safety reasons, opened chemical products and custom-prepared lots or formats cannot be returned.

If a parcel arrives damaged or with an error, let us know within 24–48 h with photos at pedidos@aquapurelife.es and we will replace it free of charge. See the full returns policy.
