Shipping and delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the order, and are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Sizes of 5 litres or more and professional packs are charged by weight.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 13:00 (Spanish time), Monday to Friday, usually leave our warehouse in Beniel (Murcia, Spain) the same day. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier. You will receive the tracking number by email.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes: we ship to Portugal, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, Luxembourg, Austria and other European countries. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For destinations outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway), any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient.
How are the products packed?
Our products are packed in line with the applicable transport requirements. Amber glass containers travel with dividers and absorbent material. If a parcel arrives damaged, email us within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost.

What products do you sell?
Our catalogue includes DMSO 99.9 % and DMSO 70 %, chlorine dioxide 3000 ppm, sodium chlorite, methylene blue, Lugol 2 %, colloids, zeolite, diatomaceous earth, activated carbon and containers. Each product page details the size, concentration and technical uses. Always read the label and the SDS before use. Sale restricted to adults (18+).
What is the difference between DMSO 99.9 % and 70 %?
DMSO 99.9 % is undiluted dimethyl sulfoxide (CAS 67-68-5), a polar aprotic solvent. DMSO 70 % is a 70 % dilution in purified water prepared at our facilities, ready to use as a working solution. Both are packaged in amber glass or opaque HDPE.
What is chlorine dioxide 3000 ppm (CDS)?
A ready-to-use 0.3 % aqueous chlorine dioxide solution, registered as a TP5 biocide for water disinfection. It is dosed according to the label instructions (as a guide, 1 ml per litre of water to be treated). Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
Can I request the safety data sheet (SDS)?
Yes. Each chemical product has an SDS in accordance with the CLP Regulation. Request it from pedidos@aquapurelife.es, stating the product.
What is the difference between kits and savings packs?
Kits combine sodium chlorite 25 % with its activator (HCl 4 %), in HDPE plastic or amber glass, ready to generate chlorine dioxide. Savings packs bundle products that are often used together (for example DMSO 99.9 % + DMSO 70 %, or chlorine dioxide + TDS meter + jerrycan) with a 10–15 % discount compared with buying them separately.
Do you offer prices for businesses and distributors?
Yes. Professional packs of 5 to 20 units already have volume pricing on the website. For drums, IBCs, sacks or recurring orders see B2B and bulk or email administracion@seteyte.com and we will prepare a quote including transport, with a VAT invoice.
Orders, payments and returns
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and the other methods shown at checkout, depending on your country (Bizum and cash on delivery are only available in Spain). Payment is secure and we do not store card details.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 calendar days (60 days if the product is sealed and unopened). For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened chemical products or of packs or sizes prepared to order. See the full returns policy in the footer.
How do discounts work?
Automatic discounts are applied in the basket. Coupons (such as AQUA10 for your first order) are entered at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it has not left the warehouse: email us with your order number at pedidos@aquapurelife.es and we will amend or cancel it at no cost.
