Shipping policy

AQUAPURELIFE is a brand of GRUPO SETEYTE SLU (NIF B73935769, Carril de los Pamies 1, 30130 Beniel, Murcia). All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Beniel (Murcia), Spain.

Order processing

Orders received before 13:00, Monday to Friday (working days in Murcia), are prepared the same day; all others, on the next working day. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Estimated delivery times

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal: 24–72 working hours.
  • Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 2–5 working days.
  • Canary Islands: 5–10 working days (customs procedures and local taxes not included in the price may apply).
  • Italy: 3–6 working days.
  • Rest of the European Union: 3–7 working days.
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: 5–10 working days; import duties and VAT are payable by the recipient.

Shipping costs

  • Spain (peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal: free shipping on orders from €10; €2.95 on smaller orders.
  • Canary Islands: €14.99; free from €149.
  • Italy: free shipping from €49; €6.90 on smaller orders.
  • Rest of Europe (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway): €14.99; free from €149. Outside the EU, import duties and VAT are payable by the recipient.

Industrial formats (drums of 60 kg or more, IBC containers and large-volume orders) may require a specific transport quote; we will contact you before shipping them. The exact shipping cost is always shown on the payment screen before you confirm your purchase.

Carriers and packaging

We work with CTT Express / Tourline and with the Sendiroo multi-carrier network. Chemical products are packed with dividers and absorbent material in accordance with transport regulations. None of our products is classified as dangerous goods for transport (ADR). Amber glass containers travel protected; for formats of 1 litre or more, delivery may take an additional 24 h.

Delivery issues

If the parcel arrives damaged, please notify the carrier at the time of delivery and write to us within 24 h at pedidos@aquapurelife.es with photos of the packaging and the product: we will resend or refund at no cost. If the order is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address or repeated absence, reshipping will be charged to the customer.
