    Recommended daily dose: 5 grams

    Individual preparation (1 cup):
    Place 5 g in a cup of boiling water. Let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and drink.

    Preparation for 1 liter (daily use):
    Place 1 tablespoon (approx. 5 g) in 1 liter of cold or hot water. Let it sit for 4 to 8 hours. Consume throughout the day.
