ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
HOW CAN I KNOW IF THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE OF THE QUALITY AND PURITY AS INDICATED ON YOUR PAGE?
All the products we sell are subjected to analysis by external laboratories to verify their quality and purity. This analysis is then visible in our safety data sheets produced by a European-certified company.
HOW CAN I KNOW IF THE PRODUCTS ARE ELECTROLYSIS?
Not all the products we sell are manufactured by electrolysis, only two that apart from being direct manufacturers, (colloidal and chlorine dioxide) we have videos that demonstrate that we have the technology and equipment to do it, that's why we can say that we are the only manufacturers using this method since this equipment was made specifically for us, watch them in the links to the YouTube videos.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR DIOXIDE, MANUFACTURED BY ELECTROLYSIS, AND OTHER DIOXIDES?
Chlorine dioxide produced by electrolysis is purer (99.9999%), stable and residue-free, whereas that produced with hydrochloric acid as an activator is not completely pure (92-95% purity) as it contains by-products and degrades more quickly, affecting its purity, effectiveness and storage.
IS THE DMSO THEY SELL REALLY PURE, PHARMA GRADE?
Yes, we have the safety data sheets that prove it, our DMSO IS USP GRADE (PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE), it has a purity of 99.99%, and our 70% DMSO is made with 99.99% DMSO, and double-distilled water from our distillers.
ARE HYDROCHLORIC ACID AND SODIUM CHLORITE KITS SUITABLE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION?
Yes, it is recommended to use 4% hydrochloric acid as an activator, not another activator such as citric acid, as the latter has been shown to leave harmful residues in our bodies. You should also know that the sodium chlorite used must be 80% pure, free of nitrates and nitrites, and must indicate that it is for water disinfection, which is the only one approved by the European Union. Our kits meet these requirements.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes. You can indicate at checkout that your billing and delivery addresses are different. Once you've selected this option, you can add an additional delivery address.
