Shipping
AQUAPURELIFE assumes full responsibility for dispatching orders within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation (except in cases of force majeure). Shipping costs include handling and packaging. These costs are borne by the customer and may vary depending on the total package weight and destination address.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Depending on the destination and package weight, delivery time and costs may vary. You will see the exact cost on the checkout page before finalizing your purchase.
- Spain and Portugal (mainland): Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days. Shipping cost: €4.99. Premium 24h shipping: €6.99. Balearic Islands: 48–72 hours. Portugal: 4–10 business days. Premium: 2–6 business days. Free shipping from €30.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Estimated delivery: 5–7 days. Shipping costs depend on postal code. Add a product to your cart and enter your postal code to verify. DNI is required for customs regulations.
- International (outside Europe): Estimated delivery: 5–7 days. Shipping costs vary. Enter the destination ZIP code during checkout. DNI, passport or driver’s license is required for customs processing.
- Europe: Estimated delivery: 1–5 days. Shipping costs vary by destination ZIP code.
AQUAPURELIFE is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions or courier overload, nor for customs issues.
Duties and Customs Fees
Buyers are responsible for applicable duties and customs fees, as well as return shipping costs. AQUAPURELIFE is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
Shipping Procedure and Policy
AQUAPURELIFE ships Monday through Friday on non-holiday business days. Orders are reviewed and shipped daily until 4:00 PM. No shipments are made on weekends.
If you place your order on a Friday after 4:00 PM, it will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday, unless it is a holiday.
You will receive a tracking number by email. If you are not at the delivery address, you can contact your nearest courier branch to reschedule delivery.
