Return and Refund Policy

As an Aquapurelife customer, you may request a full or partial return of goods purchased through our website aquapurelife.es.

Reasons for Return

  • Manufacturing defects in the product.
  • Incorrect item received, if it remains sealed and unused.

Returns for wrong or damaged items must be reported within 60 days of delivery to:

Return Procedure

Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you to confirm a refund or product replacement.

We will cover shipping costs for returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors, as long as the product is unused and sealed in its original packaging.

Products must retain their original seal to be eligible for return. Products without it will not be accepted. Please check your items upon receipt and do not accept if damaged.

Not Received Orders

Email us at pedidos@aquapurelife.es from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:30.

For inquiries or comments, contact: administracion@seteyte.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00.

Refused Orders

If a cash-on-delivery order is refused, the customer must pay any shipping costs from previous refused orders before placing a new one.

For online paid orders, only the product cost will be refunded according to this policy.

Order Cancellation Right

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet shipped. A full refund will be issued immediately.

If already shipped, and the customer cancels, they must refuse delivery and notify pedidos@aquapurelife.es. Round-trip shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation Fees

No fee if the order hasn't shipped. Otherwise, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Special Handling Instructions for Chlorine Dioxide

Do not open chlorine dioxide at room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before opening.

Cash-on-Delivery Orders

Delivery time: 24–48 hours. If returned, the customer must pay all incurred shipping and return fees. Unpaid fees will block future COD purchases.

Post Office Pickup Orders

Delivery time: 48–72 hours. Customer must collect from designated Correos office. Unclaimed orders will incur both shipping and return fees.

Responsibility for Failed Delivery

If incorrect shipping information or missed contact attempts result in return to Aquapurelife, the order is considered refused. Customer must cover shipping both ways.
