  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

    For 1 cup:
    Add 1 teaspoon (5 g) of the mixture to 250 ml of hot water.
    Cover and let it sit for 8-10 minutes. Strain and drink.

    For 1 liter:
    Add 4 teaspoons (20 g) to 1 liter of freshly boiled water.
    Cover, let it steep for 10 minutes, strain, and store in a glass bottle.
    Take throughout the day.
