SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

On some Aquapurelife products we offer the Club Aquapurelife option, designed for those who want to receive certain products regularly without having to place a new order each time.

Subscription is optional. Whenever it is available on a product, you can choose between a one-off purchase or a recurring purchase before adding it to your basket.

HOW CLUB AQUAPURELIFE WORKS

When you select Club Aquapurelife, you choose the delivery frequency available for that product.

The options currently may include:

Delivery every month with a 10% discount.

Delivery every 2 months with a 7% discount.

Delivery every 3 months with a 5% discount.

The available options may vary by product.

PRICE AND DISCOUNT

The price, the discount applied and the chosen frequency are shown before you confirm your purchase.

The discount applies only to the products included in the corresponding subscription plan.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription from your customer account, where this option is available, or by contacting us so we can help you with the process.

PAYMENTS

Payments for recurring orders are taken automatically according to the selected frequency.

Before confirming your purchase, you can review the product, price, discount, frequency and order total.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION

You can request changes or cancellation before the next order is prepared.

If the order has already been prepared or shipped, the standard shipping, delivery and returns conditions will apply.

SHIPPING

Recurring orders will be shipped according to the selected frequency and product availability.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, availability, public holidays, logistics issues or circumstances beyond Aquapurelife’s control.

RETURNS

Returns are handled in accordance with our returns policy.

For safety, hygiene and traceability reasons, the product must be unused, sealed and in its original packaging where applicable.

PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON SUBSCRIPTION

Not all Aquapurelife products have a subscription option.

When Club Aquapurelife is available for a product, the option will appear on its product page alongside the one-off purchase.
