  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

    Instructions for use:
    Take 1 tablespoon (10 g) once a day, diluted in a little water until it forms a paste. Wait 1 minute. Then add more water to fill the glass and stir until the mixture is completely dissolved. Finally, after drinking the glass with the charcoal and water, drink another glass of water. It should be consumed with plenty of water, outside of mealtimes, and should be used occasionally and not for long periods of time.
    As a universal antidote for any chemical or natural poison (from animals or plants) take 3 tablespoons in a glass of water and drink plenty of water afterwards.
    It is recommended to take activated charcoal one hour before breakfast and/or lunch for two weeks. Never drink charcoal with soft drinks, juices, wine, or other liquids or solids, so as not to weaken its adsorption power once ingested in the intestine. Charcoal will adsorb any substance it associates with, including sugar, orange juice, etc., and will then no longer be able to absorb harmful toxins. Activated charcoal does not adsorb inorganic mineral elements, so it can act synergistically with kaolin.
